General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at La Maison, Steingasse 24, 5020 Salzburg.

2. Booking & Confirmation 
Bookings are made online, by phone, or in writing and are considered binding after written confirmation by the hotel. 

3. Prices & Payment 
All prices are in Euro including legal taxes and duties. 
The local tax is € 3,- per person and night. Payments are made by credit card, EC card, or bank transfer.

 4. Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. 
In case of later cancellation or no-show, 90% of the total price will be charged. Special conditions apply to special rates or packages. 

5. Check-in & Check-out 
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: until 12:00 
An earlier or later check-in/out is possible on request and subject to availability. 

6. Stay & Use 
La Maison is a non-smoking house. 
Pets are allowed only after prior agreement. 
Guests are liable for any damages to the inventory.

 7. Data Protection 
Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the booking and will not be passed on to third parties. 

8. Jurisdiction 
The jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria. 
Austrian law applies.
